We begin each year by looking back with a decade's perspective at how a broad range of wines from the vintage ten years earlier have developed. This February, we will turn our attention to the 2015 vintage: a low-yielding vintage with excellent concentration and complexity from long hang-times, and wines with dramatic perfume, texture, and intensity.

At this horizontal tasting (horizontal referring to tasting several wines from a single estate made in a single year, as opposed to vertical, which would imply a tasting of the same wine across several vintages) you can join Proprietor Jason Haas and Director of Winemaking Neil Collins as we share and discuss nine different wines from 2015, including the 2015 Esprit de Tablas Blanc, 2015 Esprit de Tablas, and 2015 Panoplie.

Tablas Creek will join the 75+ members of the Rhone Rangers at the Paso Robles Event Center for the 2025 Rhone Rangers Experience. Events include:

"Rhone Essentials" Seminar (10:30am-12:00pm) highlighting examples of the nine principal categories of Rhone wines moderated by Samantha Cole-Johnson, US Editor for JancisRobinson.com.

Vintners' Luncheon (12:00pm-1:00pm) where reserve wines will be passed around the tables, and attendees enjoy an extended opportunity to interact with the producers.

Grand Tasting and Silent Auction (1:30-4:00pm) benefiting the Rhone Rangers Scholarship Fund.

Saturday, May 17th: Grand Tasting

Join us at the Grand Tasting at the Paso Robles Event Center. The 2025 Grand Tasting features many elements to make your Paso Wine Fest even more fun. In addition to the 100+ wineries pouring their wines, artisan vendors will showcase their wares, and local craft distillers will sample their finest spirits.

Visit the Tablas Creek booth for a taste of new releases, our flagship blends, and obscure single-varietal wines. Tickets to the Grand Tasting are available at the early bird price of $135 until February 28th, and can be purchased here.

Our tasting room will be taking reservations all weekend long. Be sure to book in advance, as we expect to sell out early on this busy Paso Robles weekend.
